Chrissy Smith is an Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield Pacific's Boise, ID office. She represents the commercial real estate objectives of both tenants and building owners. Chrissy’s 16 years’ as an entrepreneur, managing and marketing her own business, gives her expert insight in the retail market, from understanding start-up needs like location, square footage, space planning, and connectivity, to growing annual revenue through effective business planning and innovative marketing strategies. Her experience helps her relate with clients by understanding the demands of business management, including determining short and long-term goals to support overall profit and growth objectives. She has built relationships with key industry leaders, contractors, property managers and real estate agents throughout the Treasure Valley, providing her clients with an optimal network of potential business relationships. As an experienced, commercial landlord and tenant, Chrissy understands what is important to both sides of putting a deal together.
Prior to owning and operating her own commercial property, Chrissy worked many years in commercial general construction, giving her clients the added value of expert knowledge and familiarity with commercial tenant improvements.
