Michael Piccirillo is a Sales Associate with Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors specializing in Retail & Industrial properties. He began his career in the Fall of 2019 at Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
Michael comes to the team with a degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. Upon graduation Michael worked in the automotive industry and then started his own car dealer business acquiring and selling classic sports cars.
Some of his significant transactions include securing a twenty-year lease for a 65,000 sf auto dealership in Oxnard, CA as well as leasing an 11,000 sf industrial building to a packaging service center in North Hollywood, CA. Michael also represented Gateway Village in Valencia, CA; a 120,000 sf retail shopping center with many national tenants.
Michael’s hobbies include playing golf, cooking, and enjoys automobiles and motorcycles.
Cameron Gray is an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield Pacific specializing in industrial and office sales and leasing, and land sales.
Beth Brookhouse is a Retail Team Executive Transaction Coordinator.
Beth provides commercial retail brokerage assistant services on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield Pacific’s Boise Idaho office. She is serving in a variety of roles to both colleagues and clients, throughout Boise’s commercial real estate market.

Prior to that he was a partner and project manager in the development of over one million SF of retail, office and medical properties in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Santa Clarita, Bakersfield and Lompoc.
Vince has six (6) children and two (2) grandchildren and enjoys outdoor activities.
Mr. Amerine, Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors, has been active in commercial real estate for over 30 years and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Over his career in the business, Mr. Amerine has been involved in originating shopping centers consisting of over 18,000,000 square feet and over $250,000,000 in shopping center sales.
Mr. Amerine’s commercial real estate career began at Charles Tingey Associates where he achieved the Top Producers Club. In 1991, Mr. Amerine joined Scott Lauritzen Mathias Associates, where he was appointed Vice President of the Retail Properties Department, specializing in securing major tenants and initiating retail projects. In 1995, he earned the “Most Volume” award for his outstanding performance. In 1997 Mr. Amerine then assisted in forming Commercial West Associates, continuing his successful commercial real estate business. As of June 2013 Mr. Amerine is furthering his commercial real estate career as he has joined forces with Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors.
Mr. Amerine has a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University Fresno with an emphasis in Business Administration. Following graduation at CSUF, he continued his post education studies at University of San Francisco.
Rudy Blankenship is a Senior Director - Investment Specialist concentrating on single-tenant, net-leased investments throughout the United States, Rudy joined Cushman & Wakefield / Pacific in April 2013. Over his 38-year career, Rudy has been affiliated with CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, and CB Commercial.
Rudy has closed over $700 million of investment real estate throughout the United States. He has generated significant relationships with real estate developers; real estate investment companies, and insurance and financial institutions. Rudy diligently provides his clients with sophisticated skills in both Buyer and Seller representation. He is focused on quality representation with attention to client concerns.
Tony Cortopassi entered the real estate brokerage profession in 2004 and specializes in selling and leasing office space, focusing on maximizing client value. He has completed more than 1 million square feet of assignments. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors in April 2013. He previously worked seven years for CBRE in Fresno and two years for Mohr Partners in Walnut Creek. His work at Mohr emphasized tenant representation throughout the nation. This background provides Tony's clientele with a strong working knowledge of lease transactions and practical experience working with corporate accounts.
Terri Giovacchini specializes in retail leasing and sales with expertise in project development, acquisition and disposition of retail projects throughout central California. Terri started her career when she joined Grubb & Ellis in 1990. Over Terri’s 23 year career she has been affiliated with Grubb & Ellis, Alliance Commercial and Commercial West Associates and in May 2013 Terri joined Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors.
Terri has represented numerous retailers and Landlords in the Central Valley which includes ground up grocery drug anchored centers to Big Box anchored shopping centers such as Target, Lowes and Sam’s Club. A few national tenants she has recently represented are Jack In The Box, Wienerschnitzel, and Papa John’s Pizza.

James Griffin specializes in industrial real estate sales and leasing. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors in April 2013. He entered the profession in 1996 with CBRE. He was Rookie of the Year in CBRE's Fresno office in 1998 and has achieved Top 5 status in 2006-2009.
James has sold or leased over eight million square feet of industrial real estate. A sampling of his resume includes: disposition of ±78,000sf for U.S. Food Service, the disposition of ±74,000sf for Schneider Electric, the sale and continued leasing of ±398,100sf known as Shaw Commerce Center and the sale of ±25 acres in the Clovis Industrial Park for the City of Clovis and most recently, ±160,000sf lease to Veritiv.
