Pat has over 33 years of experience advising clients on the commercial real estate market. Pat specializes in Commercial Office, Investments Properties, Office Warehouse and Land related real estate transactions. His current affiliation with the local ownership of Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors began in 1999, after 15 years as Vice President at competing commercial firms. His career began with classic sales and marketing programs at Xerox Corporation. However, he very soon was attracted to a career in real estate in the mid 80’s, combining his knowledge of business and the local oil market to become a marketing Sales Associate. Pat and his expert team represented major clients in successful lease and sale transactions totaling several million square feet of office, office/medical, and office/warehouse properties within the greater Bakersfield area.

Pat is involved in his community, giving his time in support of local nonprofits, often in a leadership role or providing his cooking expertise for at fundraisers. He chooses to focus his community service toward youth development and work education projects. Pat currently serves on the Boards of the Boys and Girls Club Foundation and the Bakersfield Breakfast Rotary Club.

Most recently he has combined his talents with Team TNT, partnering multiple diverse talents and expanding use of online capabilities and social media to market properties. Team TNT is well-versed in all aspects of purchase and leasing of offices, including multi-tenant buildings, commercial retail, apartments along with other commercial investment opportunities; and, also offering expertise in tenant representation and contract negotiation.   • Recently secured an exclusive agreement to list Bakersfield’s largest office building on behalf of Hudson Advisors, marketing a total of 500,000 sq. ft. of prime office space within the University submarket.
  • Participated in the sale of the Stockdale Tower at 5060 California Ave.; Bakersfield in 2016 and is on the Lease listing team with new owner DP Tower 1 LP and Cardinal Equities.
  • Lease Marketing assignment for LNR in marketing of the 172,000 Sq. Ft., 12-story Stockdale Tower.
  • Sale Listing of a $10MM portfolio of office/retail owner/user NNN leased properties including sites in Bakersfield, CA, San Antonio, TX and Amarillo, TX.
  • Sale Listing of office properties located at one of Bakersfield’s busiest intersections - Truxtun Ave. and Mohawk totaling approximately 27,000 sf of constructed office space and a buildable pad of approximately 36,000 sf.
  • Lease Marketing assignment for 1100 Mohawk Partnership of a former 6,900 sq. ft. restaurant building that has been completely renovated to accommodate Charles Schwab & Co.
  • Brokered transaction for Chevron in 63,000 sq. ft. of new office leasing and 20,000 sq. ft. of renewals
  • Co-brokered the sale of 138 acres of surplus Chevron USA industrial land near Bakersfield Airport
  • Brokered on behalf of Kern Schools Federal Credit Union the leasing of 70,000+ sq. ft. of Class A surplus office space in the University submarket
  • Sold the land, and then brokered a four-building office development on Stockdale Highway across from CSUB.
  • Assisted a major international oil company’s acquisition, rezoning, and development of 250 acres of prime, undeveloped commercial/ industrial land near the center of the city of Bakersfield.
  • In just a few years of transition assignment, expanded the agency’s Office division, obtaining a market share well in-excess-of 60 percent of the overall lease market availability.

  • Represented both buyer and seller in the sale transaction of prime office zoned land in the University Sub-market.
  • Represented the development of four (4) Class A and Class B office/office medical buildings in the University Submarket Corridor.
  • Oversaw the acquisition and development of 250 acres of prime, undeveloped commercial/industrial land in the center of Bakersfield when owned by Equilon and Shell Oil.
